Our Team

Matt Esposito is a Charted Professional Accountant with over 15 years of accounting and finance experience and has been with Longshore since 2018. Previously, he held leadership positions with Canlin Energy Corporation (Formerly Centrica Energy), as well as ConocoPhillips Canada.

Mr. Esposito holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Charted Professional Accountants of Alberta.

Tyson Huska is a Professional Engineer with 22 years of oil and gas experience encompassing A&D, development planning and execution. Prior to joining Longshore he was VP Engineering at Corex Resources, and he held engineering positions at Capitol Energy Resources, EnCana, and AEC.

Mr. Huska holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of APEGA, APEGS EGBC and SPE.

Dave Erickson is an operations engineer with 25 years of experience in the E&P and services industries. Prior to joining Longshore, he was Vice President Operations with various private and public companies including Steppe Petroleum, Silverback Energy and Berens Petroleum.

Mr. Erickson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Rod Miller is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of oil and gas experience in the oil and gas and petrochemicals industries. Prior to joining Longshore in 2020, he served as Vice President, Production and Operations for TAQA’s North American oil and gas business.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary. Additionally, Mr. Miller holds a Special Diploma in Process Simulation and Optimization from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a member of APEGA.

Chris Lamb is a Professional Landman with 15 years of industry experience with both private and public companies. Prior to joining Longshore Mr. Lamb was Land Manager at Athabasca Oil Corp., preceded by land positions at NAL, Galleon Energy and Northrock Resources.

Mr. Lamb holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Calgary. He is a former board member of CAPL and remains an active member.

Elizabeth Dammann is a Professional Engineer with 22 years of oil and gas experience encompassing reservoir and development engineering, reserves, corporate planning, marketing, and commercial contracts. Prior to joining Longshore, Elizabeth was VP Commercial and Planning at Sinopec Canada, as well as various other management and engineering roles at Sinopec, Daylight Energy, ConocoPhillips, Burlington Resources, and Petro-Canada.

Ms. Dammann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Oil & Gas Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a member of APEGA and SPE.
